About Us

Who Are We?

We are a small but mighty staff of four, including board members who’s job is to help oversee such tasks as accounting and legal as well as making suggestions when necessary. We are motivated to help those who help others by providing a successful fund-raising opportunity. We believe that if we can free the non-profit organizations of the heavy time commitment when raising funds they will have a greater effect or impact on the lives of those they serve.

What’s provided?

We give you everything you need in order to have a successful event. We will train and equip you and your volunteers with materials, such as pre-printed brochures, phone scripts and fundraising handbooks. Check out the services we provide below:

• Make all arrangements for course.

• Conduct on-site team fundraising seminar, followed by a kickoff event.

• Day of event will provide on-site management.

• Discounted promotional items such as hats, balls, towels, hole-in-one prizes, and incentives such as vacations for golfers to go home with.

In order to further assist your volunteers as well as the golfer, we provide a fundraising guidebook and custom printed materials to send to potential donors for the golfers and for the volunteers of your team we will provide a handbook that will include such items as checklists and timelines to keep you on track as well as collections software to ensure the highest collection rate possible.
